1. SHIPPING TIME & COST
Free US shipping on orders over US$190/ USA region only
You may choose from the following options:
● Airmail: 10-14 business days at FREE
● EMS: 3-7 business days at US$80
Flat rate worldwide shipping on all other orders.
You may choose from the following options:
● Airmail: 10-14 business days at US$70
● EMS: 3-7 business days at US$80
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from our facility in Taipei, Taiwan.
Shipping time starts once dispatched, as per the postage date.
Please note the following:
● The shipping time does not include any potential days necessary to clear customs in the country of destination.
● The shipping cost does not include any potential VAT, import duties and handling fees charged in the country of destination.
2. AIRMAIL & EMS
Airmail is our regular shipping option.
EMS stands for Express Mail Service and is our fast shipping option.
This service is offered by the United Nations Universal Postal Union.
3. TRACKING
We provide a tracking number with all our shipping options:
● Airmail: For some destination countries, tracking will only be possible up until your order departs Taiwan. This is notably the case for orders being sent to the United States as unfortunately the tracking number systems used by Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post) and USPS are not compatible.
● EMS: For all destination countries, tracking will be door-to-door.
4. VAT, IMPORT DUTIES & HANDLING FEES
In accordance with guidelines for international online sales, we sell on Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, as defined under Incoterms 2010. In practice this means that the buyer is responsible for paying any potential VAT and import duties charged by customs in the country of destination, as well as the handling fees charged by the shipping company to clear these customs.
5. IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO US
Please note that if your order is returned to us due to any of the below reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund. Instead, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
● You provided an incorrect address.
● Failure to pay any potential VAT, import duties and handling fees charged in the country of destination.
● Failure to take delivery of your order.
UK (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) Delivery
UK STANDARD DELIVERY – 5 WORKING DAYS
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days. Non perishable products including hampers and gifts boxes: £5.95 per delivery address.
Please note, all orders (excluding fresh food) to the following postcodes can only be dispatched by standard delivery: AB31, AB33 to AB56, FK17 to FK21, HS1 to HS9, IM, IV1 to IV56, IV63, KA27, KA28, KW1 to KW3, KW5 to KW17, PA2, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH15 to PH26, PH30 to PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21 to TR25, ZE1 to ZE3
We can only send by standard delivery to Northern Ireland, excluding fresh items. We can only send by standard delivery to the Isle of Man, excluding fresh items.
NAMED DAY DELIVERY – AVAILABLE MON TO SUN
Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday with 48 hours notice but are subject to availability – Named Day delivery slots are limited and any date may become fully booked without notice. All products including hampers and gift boxes: £7.95, per delivery address.
Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses.
Due to the high number of orders we are currently packing, Named Day delivery is currently subject to availability, so please make sure to check the next available date selected during checkout.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY – AVAILABLE MON TO FRI
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday but are subject to availability – Next Working Day delivery slots are limited and any date may become fully booked without notice. Orders must be placed by 6pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends. All products including hampers and gift boxes: £9.95 per delivery address.
RAPID DELIVERY – AVAILABLE MON TO SUN
In partnership with SUPPER London, our rapid delivery service allows you to have your Royal Abbey’s favourites delivered to your door within 2 hours, if you are delivering within six miles of our store. Click here to see if we deliver to your postcode.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking information. We also would strongly recommend you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it is brilliant at keeping you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allows you lots more control over the receipt of your goods.

You will also receive a notification on the evening prior to the day of delivery.
DE (Germany) Delivery
Shipping is carried out by DPD, post or company-internal delivery service. Deliveries to DE are made by DPD or post. The delivery costs are always shown in the shopping basket and depend on the order volume.
Depending on the delivery destination, different shipping costs and conditions apply.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE DE UNION
We deliver to DE Union. The resulting and possibly differing transport costs compared to shipping in UK are automatically calculated and displayed in the online shop during checkout.
A tracking number is not automatically sent with the order confirmation, but can be sent by e-mail or customer support on request. DPD sends always a delivery information. Delivery times to the EU are approx. 3-6 working days!

The prices stated in the online shop are in euros and include the statutory value added tax.
